Delete your Ezy account & data

Ezy India LLP — Ezy customer app (Google Play)

If you created an account in the Ezy mobile app, you can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, subject to legal and business requirements described below.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@ezyindia.co.in from the email address registered on your Ezy account (if any), or include your registered mobile number in the message.
  2. Use the subject line: Account and data deletion request.
  3. We may verify your identity (for example by confirming a code sent to your registered phone) before processing the request.
  4. We will confirm by email when your request has been completed or if we need more information.

What we delete and what we may keep

  • Typically deleted or anonymized: profile details (such as name, email, and profile photo where applicable), saved addresses, app preferences, reward points balance, and other data that is not required to be retained by law.
  • May be retained in limited form: records relating to completed orders, payments, invoices, and customer support (for example order IDs, amounts, and service dates) as needed for tax, accounting, and legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Where retention is required, we limit use to those purposes and retain data only as long as necessary under applicable law.

Retention period

Data we must keep for legal or financial reasons is retained for the period required by applicable law and our internal policies, after which it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized where possible.
