3. Booking and Scheduling

Services must be booked through our website, mobile application, or official communication channels.

Time slots are subject to availability.

Ezy reserves the right to reschedule services due to operational or weather conditions.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed at the time of booking.

Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition or service requirements.

Payments must be made through approved payment methods.

Ezy reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule within the allowed time window.

Late cancellations may attract a cancellation fee.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate address details
  • Ensure access to the service location
  • Remove valuables from vehicles before service
  • Inform us of pre-existing damage

Ezy is not responsible for items left inside vehicles.

7. Vehicle Condition

Car and Bike Wash

  • Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional service charges.
  • Pre-existing scratches or paint damage must be disclosed.
  • Ezy is not liable for hidden defects or existing damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ezy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond control
  • Minor variations in service outcome

Maximum liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Service Refusal

Ezy reserves the right to refuse service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe
  • Customer behavior is inappropriate
  • Location access is restricted
  • Service request violates company policy

10. User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Misuse the platform
  • Provide false information
  • Harass or threaten service personnel
  • Use services for unlawful activities

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ezy website and application, including logos, branding, text, and graphics, is the property of Ezy India LLP and may not be used without permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

Ezy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mangalore, Karnataka.
